Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of orophilejourneys.com and orophileedit.com, and any advisory service or digital product purchased through them, offered by Orophile, a trading style of Greenmountains Trade Ltd. (CBCA #1373422-6), Oakville, Ontario, Canada.

What we offer

Orophile provides travel advisory and design services through paid consultations, including A Working Hour and A Working Week. Our role is research, recommendations and itinerary planning. We do not sell travel, make or hold reservations, or receive accommodation, transport or tour payments. You contract, book and pay directly with your chosen providers; their terms govern those services and travel refunds. If a referral or affiliate link may earn us a commission, we disclose that before you use it.

Advisory fees and payment

• A Working Hour is reserved through Calendly and paid at booking. For a Working Week, we confirm the scope, total advisory fee and start date before payment. Payment is through the agreed Kit checkout or direct invoice, with card or bank-transfer instructions provided as applicable. Online card payments are processed by Stripe. These payments are for advisory services or digital products only.
• A Working Hour is CA$50. A Working Week is CA$250 per journey — one region and one travel window, your household included; a second region or travel window is a second week, agreed in advance. A previously paid Working Hour is credited toward that fee. The seven days of a Working Week refer to the advisory engagement, not the length of your trip; advisory adjustments are included during that engagement, and any work beyond it is discussed and agreed separately. Other prices are as listed or quoted in writing, in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.
• VAT is collected on purchases from customers in the EU and UK per applicable law.

Cancellations and refunds

• Consultations (A Working Hour): may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations after that window are non-refundable, except at our discretion. Separately, if the completed Working Hour gives you nothing you can use, tell us before the session ends and we will refund the fee, as promised on the service page.
• A Working Week and other multi-session engagements: cancellations made more than 7 days before the engagement begins receive a full refund; within 7 days, 50% is refundable; once the engagement has begun, fees are non-refundable except at our discretion.
• If we cancel or are unable to deliver a session, you receive a full refund.

What this service is not

This is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Where a journey touches health, we work alongside qualified professionals rather than in place of them.

Intellectual property

The essays, guides, and content on Orophile Edit and Orophile Journeys are the property of Greenmountains Trade Ltd / Ahmet Can Yeşildağ and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

We provide advisory judgment in good faith but cannot guarantee outcomes of any journey. To the extent permitted by Ontario law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
