These terms govern your use of orophilejourneys.com and orophileedit.com, and any advisory service or digital product purchased through them, offered by Orophile, a trading style of Greenmountains Trade Ltd. (CBCA #1373422-6), Oakville, Ontario, Canada.

What we offer

Orophile provides travel advisory and design services — paid consultations ("A Working Hour," "A Working Week") in which we offer judgment, research, and planning guidance for restorative and longevity-focused travel. We do not act as a travel agency, tour operator, or booking service — we do not sell, book, or hold inventory for flights, hotels, or tours on your behalf.

Payment and booking

• Paid consultations are booked and paid for through Calendly or through our Kit storefront, processed by Stripe.
• Prices are as listed at the time of booking/purchase, in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.
• VAT is collected on purchases from customers in the EU and UK per applicable law.

Cancellations and refunds

• Consultations (A Working Hour): may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations after that window are non-refundable, except at our discretion.
• A Working Week and other multi-session engagements: cancellations made more than 7 days before the engagement begins receive a full refund; within 7 days, 50% is refundable; once the engagement has begun, fees are non-refundable except at our discretion.
• If we cancel or are unable to deliver a session, you receive a full refund.

What this service is not

This is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Where a journey touches health, we work alongside qualified professionals rather than in place of them.

Intellectual property

The essays, guides, and content on Orophile Edit and Orophile Journeys are the property of Greenmountains Trade Ltd / Ahmet Can Yeşildağ and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

We provide advisory judgment in good faith but cannot guarantee outcomes of any journey. To the extent permitted by Ontario law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
