Orophile Journeys and Orophile Edit ("we," "us," "our") are a trading style of Greenmountains Trade Ltd. (CBCA #1373422-6), based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what choices you have.

What we collect

• Contact information you give us directly — your name and email address when you book a consultation, purchase an advisory product, sign up for our newsletter, or write to us.
• Payment information — processed entirely by our payment providers (Stripe, via Kit) and Calendly. We do not store your card details ourselves.
• Usage data — standard analytics (pages visited, general location by country/region, referring site) collected via Google Analytics, to understand how people use the site.
• What you tell us in booking forms — the questions you answer when scheduling a consultation are used only to prepare for that conversation.

How we use it

• To deliver the advisory service or digital product you purchased or booked.
• To send you the newsletter or updates you've explicitly asked for.
• To improve the site and our offerings.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the business run: Stripe and Calendly (payment and scheduling), Kit (email and digital products), Google Analytics (site usage), and Webflow (site hosting). Each processes data under their own privacy terms.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw marketing consent at any time (unsubscribe link in every email).
